What’s in a Name?

As native Atlantans, we pride ourselves on the rich and diverse history of our city.  Atlanta was originally named Terminus due to its location at the end of the Western and Atlantic Rail Line that ran from Chattanooga. This terminus connected various rail lines at one central point, and the end of the line became the beginning of a new city. Through the years, Atlanta has reimagined itself from its destruction to reconstruction. It has invested in an International Airport, hosted an Olympics, and became the intersection of three major interstates. Atlanta is in the middle of it all but has been willing to adapt and change with the times.  With a focus on adaptive reuses and redevelopment, our work has centered on serving companies that seek to be a part of Atlanta’s past with a keen eye towards its future.
